10. Account Termination by User

Subject to applicable verification procedures, withdrawal requirements, and any other conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions, any eligible remaining cash balance in your account will be processed and returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.
11. Cash Balance and Virtual Accounts
Participation in cash games requires you to maintain a positive cash balance within your account.
Your account balance may consist of multiple components, including deposited funds, winnings, and promotional bonus credits. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Deposits must be made only through payment methods approved by the platform. We are not responsible for delays, declines, or other issues caused by third-party payment providers.
- Deposited funds remain allocated to your account until they are used to participate in eligible games.
- All deposits must originate from payment instruments or bank accounts registered in your own name.
- All financial transactions on the platform must be completed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Cash winnings are credited to your winnings balance, while promotional rewards and bonuses are credited separately in accordance with applicable promotional terms.

- Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account held in the account holder's own name.

Failure to submit the required information within the prescribed timeframe may delay withdrawals or result in the withholding or forfeiture of eligible winnings where permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify our tax compliance procedures to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulations, or government requirements.
